Punta Uva
Punta Uva is considered by many to be one of the best beaches on the Atlantic coast. Many beaches in Costa Rica do infact have this claim of fame but a visit to this village is not to be missed.

Take a walk from this beach all the way to Chiquita and Manzanillo beaches and find out for yourself. There are some snorkeling and diving spots just before reaching Manzanillo beach, close to the coral reef. These sites are ideal for admiring coral (brain, moose- and deer-horn, fire, rose, lettuce and more)
The Gandoca Manzanillo Wildlife Refuge also includes a marine area of some 4,4 hectares where the giant leather back turtle, mollusks, sea fans, crustaceans and multicolored fish are among the most present.
