White Water Rafting - Savegre River

Are you a bit on the adventurous side? If so, we heartily and eagerly recommend this adventure on one of Costa Rica 's famous rivers, the Savegre, near the Costa Rican town of Quepos.

From there, your tour expert guides take over to guide you and your group of fellow rafters through an unforgettable river experience (The rafts comfortably accommodate 2 to 6 participants).

Along the way through the Class II, III (and sometimes IV!) rapids, the guides take breaks at locally known swimming spots and water falls, and make time to observe the abundant variety of wildlife along the river: egrets, osprey, toucans, parrots, kingfishers, cormorants, and many other species local to this protected area of the tropical rain forest.

After the 13 mile trip down the river, refreshments and a hot, typical Costa Rican lunch await you.
